This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:
- Full name
- Professional email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Project type
- Content of your message
We do not collect any browsing data for advertising purposes, nor any sensitive data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Purpose: to respond to your contact request and, where applicable, prepare a business proposal.
- Legal basis: your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).
4. Data recipients
Your data is processed by the Kodex Production / Aurevia Holding Group SRL team. It may pass through our technical providers:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting, United States): transfer governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact, unless otherwise required by law. After this period, it is deleted.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data;
- Right to rectification;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to object;
- Right to data portability.

7. Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to received messages).
