Do I pay a commission on orders?

No. Your licence is for life, exclusive to your business, and no commission is taken on your orders. You pay for development once, then the sales are entirely yours.

Do my customers have to download anything?

Not necessarily. The app can be installed from the stores, but it can also run directly from a link or a QR code on the table, with no need to go through the App Store.

Can I update my menu myself?

Yes, with the management space, available as an option on request: you change dishes and prices yourself. Your promotions are updated from your promotions space, included in the starting offer.
