It's the first question every project owner asks. The honest answer: price depends on what the app actually does. Here's what the starting offer includes, what stays optional, and why a custom app can now start at €2,990 excl. VAT.

The short answer

At Kodex, a custom app starts at €2,990 excl. VAT, as a one-off purchase with no commission. That price already includes booking, reminders, notifications and loyalty, along with team training and 3 months of technical support. Options are priced on request, once we've defined your needs. The right question isn't "how much does an app cost", but "how much does MY app cost".

One-off purchase or subscription: watch for hidden costs

Many solutions on the market are cheap to get into, then charge a monthly subscription or a commission on every sale. Over time, that's often far more expensive. A custom app bought as a one-off purchase comes with a lifetime licence, with no commission. The Apple and Google developer accounts stay in your name, and the licence becomes perpetual and irrevocable once paid in full, under the licence agreement provided with the quote.
